If you are new user and you don't have CCS Hungary eAWB system yet, the ordering, contracting and installation procedure is as follows:
1. Thank you, it is a great honour for us, that you decided to order CCS Hungary eAWB system or other systems and products of us. CCS Hungary eAWB system can only be used by the below accessible standard agreements as it is provided for all users with the same conditions to safeguard the strict neutrality of Cargo Community System Hungary. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Please fill in with your company data and requirements this order form to to make quick and easy the ordering, contracting, installation and operation of your new CCS Hungary eAWB system.

3. Please send the filled in order form to sales()ccs.hu e-mail address. We will confirm receipt without delay! If you do not receive an answer within reasonable time, there may be a communications problem, please inform us on any of our contacts!
4. By the data you provided on the order form, we will prepare the contract and forward you for data check in .pdf. Please confirm as soon as possible that all your data are correct in the contract (and annexes) drafts.
5. Upon receipt of you confirmation we will print it in two copies and sign it, and send you to the name and address you stated on the order form. Please sign both copies and return one copy (of contract and all annexes) to us, to our registered address as stated in the contract.
And this is it! The contract concluded, no more administrational steps needed. We will contact the "contact person for installation", agree on a date when our colleagues may visit you to install the system and make the initial user training. This date may even be the they after the contracting - depending your request and our work schedule.
6. On the agreed day, our colleague will show up at your office, deliver the labels, AWB papers or equipments (e.g. printer or PC) you ordered with your eAWB system, install CCS Hungary eAWB system and gives you a comprehensive training.
7. We will right away register you at the international communications service providers, and following the cut-over, at all the BUD cargo handling agents, plus if you signed eCustoms agreement too, also at BUD airport customs system.
8. From this point our help desk team is at your service to support your daily work.
9. The first invoice you will receive from the colleague who visits you for installation and training and it is issued by our support subcontractor, KVM Technology Hungary Ltd. The invoice contains the installation fee, and all the materials and equipments we delivered to you up to that date. Payment terms will be the same that you requested for CCS Hungary eAWB system.
10. The first monthy invoice you will receive in the first days of the month following the month of installation, even if several monthes passed since you contracted rfor the system.

If you do not receive an answer within reasonable time, there may be a communications problem, please inform us on any of our contacts!
2. If ordered further CCS Hungary eAWB workstations, there is no need for contracting, we will install it without administration on day we agreed. The first monthy invoice you will receive in the first days of the month following the month of installation, even if several monthes passed since you ordered the new workstation(s).
