System re-location, re-installation, training and other IT services:
1. Site visit can not be ordeered during Pandemia.
Site visit within Budapest: HUF 19.000 / case / person + Man hour fees for each started half an hour: HUF 4.900, +parking fees if applicable.
Outside Budapest : HUF 12.000 / case / person + HUF 300 / kms from the borders of Budapest (one way) + motorway fee.

2. Remote access via Internet Man hour fees for each started half an hour: HUF 4.900.
Duty work charges for CCS Hungary users, on working days from 17:00 to the next working day 08:00 LT and on those previously announced days when our HQ is closed due to technical reason.
Please note: during duty hours e-mails are not read, only phone calls to (+36) 20 411 5804 are answered. Site visit, on site works are available only up to our free capacity.
Each phone call to on-duty Help Desk: HUF 9.000 / phone call.
